Hey, go buy urself a RM100 Pensonic oven and a RM59 Philips hand held mixer. Not much investment and you will be able to do lots.
I have a hand-held mixer actually, got it from a lucky draw. I think its Takada's. Used it twice to make ji-dan-gao but told you that it was a failure...dunno whether it's due to the super-fine flour I used, because after that when i use self-raising it turned out alright. As for the oven, I think later la...coz I try not to create WW3 in the kitchen. :P
